Design. Build. Deliver.
Design-Build
We work alongside your architect — or recommend one from our network — to take a design from concept to a buildable, budgeted plan. The result is fewer surprises, faster permits, and a schedule that holds.
Construction
Every trade on the project is part of our own workforce — framing, concrete, mechanical, millwork, marble, finish. One schedule, one quality standard, one principal accountable from breaking ground to final walk-through.
Delivery
Certificate of Occupancy, as-built documentation, warranty, and a meticulous punch process. We don't leave the site until the home performs the way we promised it would.
What clients ask before they break ground.
How long does a custom home take to build in Miami?
A typical Moros custom home runs 10–14 months from breaking ground, depending on size, finish complexity, and permitting. The pre-construction phase (design-build, estimating, permits) usually adds another 4–8 months, which we manage in parallel with your architect.
Where do you build?
Across Miami-Dade and Broward — including Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Key Biscayne, Brickell, Miami Beach, and surrounding neighborhoods. We've also taken on coastal residences with hurricane-rated structural requirements.
Do you work with our architect, or do you have one?
Both. Many clients come with an architect already engaged; others ask us to recommend one for the project's style, scale, and budget. We work seamlessly with either model.
What's your team like on a custom home?
One principal walks the project with you start to finish — no handoffs. Behind that principal is our in-house team of 150+ trades. We do not subcontract structural, mechanical, or finish work.
How are budgets controlled?
Estimates are line-item, transparent, and revisited at agreed milestones. Change orders are written before work happens, never after. The promise: estimates that match invoices, schedules that match completion.
